"" South Africa Heart for Children sponsors five families in the Port Shepstone area. The houses have all been given a name in the Zulu language:

- 'Jabulani', or 'Share the joy'
- 'Ilanga', or 'Sun'
- 'Njabulo', or 'Joy'
- 'Bhule', or 'It is good'
- 'Bongani House', or 'Give thanks'
