The management of Heart for Children is formed by five board members. The board members grant their administrative duties free of charge and unpaid. The daily routine is organized and promoted by the director. She is employed by the foundation and receives compensation. In addition, three part-timers are employed (in total 2 FTEs) and the foundation can call on a large number of volunteers.
