At Heart for Children we see a complaint as a signal to improve our work, both in the Netherlands and abroad. That is why we would like to hear from you if something goes wrong.
To file a complaint:

All complaints received by Heart for Children are treated confidentially.
Handling complaints:
We take all complaints seriously and respond as quickly as possible, at the latest within 5 working days. If your complaint will take longer to process, we will let you know.
Complaints procedure:
• after receiving your complaint we will send a confirmation of receipt • the responsible department or employee will handle your complaint • you will receive a response to your submitted complaint within 5 days at the latest
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit an objection by e-mail or in writing to the director via erna@hartvoorkinderen.nl. This will respond within five working days by e-mail about the further processing.
